Hi I'm Cathy Faria
Sex, Intimacy + Relationship Coach, and Somatic Sexologist – My own relationship wounds and journey from “rags to riches,” when it comes to intimacy has paved the path and led me to where I am today. Sharing what I’ve learned and helping others has become my heart’s calling; hence, the birth of Caterina’s Love Nest. My post-secondary education is in social work and I have always enjoyed working with people from a wide range of walks of life. I am currently an Intervention Support Worker for the York Region District School Board, where I have been employed for the past 21 years working with children with various exceptionalities. I recently went back to school to get my certification as a Sex, Intimacy and Relationship Coach and Somatic Sexologist from the Somatica Institute (the global leader in sex and relationship coach training).
My life experiences (both painful and wonderful), have shown me how critically important REAL intimacy is in achieving happiness and a sense of overall well-being in life.

I created this cozy little “Love Nest” in my home with the vision of helping couples (and singles) arrive at their highest erotic potential and reach for the stars in their love lives. If they don’t have a love life, I help them get one! I realize that one size does not fit all, and that every person/relationship is unique and requires personalized attention based on their needs and relationship goals. In my practice, I carefully attune to my clients and meet them where they’re at. I tailor our coaching sessions in a way that feels organic and comfortable, but at the same time, gently and lovingly push them to challenge and re-define self-limiting beliefs, explore their core desires, and build their sense of self. I help them to embrace their full sexual being and give them practical and effective tools to deepen their romantic relationship to a level they never thought possible!
For those who have lost all hope – As I continue to celebrate the changes and growth I see with my current clients, I am also mindful of those suffering in silence – those who have tried a few different avenues and still feel all hope is lost. I differ from other helping professionals in that I teach experientially. I believe embodied learning is the best kind of learning because it produces lasting results! As we work together, I will be right there with you every step of the way. I offer hands-on opportunities to actually practice the skills and techniques you learn in real time with loving guidance, support, and feedback.
Finding love starts with self-love – I am here to serve singles who want to attract their soulmate. I will guide you on a journey of self-discovery and self-love. It may not always be easy, but it will be worth it! Once you learn how to authentically embody your highest self, and become comfortable and confident in your own skin, attracting a partner becomes so much easier. Dating shouldn’t be a stressful thing; it should be fun! In our sessions we will have “mock dates” where I will teach you how to get in the proper head space and practice how to present yourself in a way that others will find magnetizing.
